Free Ground Shipping for Domestic Orders

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days

Please note:

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes.  

• All orders ship with delivery confirmation, insurance  and tracking details.  Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped

• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Shipping for Pre-Order Items

All Pre-Order items will be shipped approximately 2 weeks after the order is placed. Preorders are subject to delays and cancellations during production.

Shipping Labels for Domestic Returns

All unused merchandise accompanied by the purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. We kindly request that you reach out to us before sending the item back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us at info@jolananyc.com for a  return label.  Items must be returned in original condition.  Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt minus a $12 flat rate restocking fee..
